The judging process is rigorous and multifaceted. Products are evaluated based on taste, texture, smell, novelty, ingredients, packaging, sustainability, market viability, feasibility, and branding. Influential chefs, creators, industry leaders, and key decision-makers in the plant-based industry will participate in tasting events in New York City and Los Angeles this summer to ensure thorough and unbiased assessments.
